    Risk Versus Reward: Leaving behind predictablity for life changing experiences.

    In this episode I sit down with a dear friend of mine, Megan Jurvis, to talk about how/why her and her family made the decision to leave their mainstream lifestyle and travel the country (and then some) in an RV for 8 years. Megan had a typical upbringing, one that did not necessarily steer her in the direction to do something "different." Motherhood brought a new perspective as she chose to follow an attachment parenting style and homeschool her children. Both decisions would allow for an alternative lifestyle, one that she was being pulled towards.
     
    Megan shares how she worked past the fear and was able to make big decisions in order to spend almost a decade experiencing something that does not come with a guidebook.  I hope you find some tidbits of inspiration listening to Megan's story as you work to build a live you love.

Congrats on the first episode! And totally agree, I loathe the concept of calories in calories out. Restriction not sustainable! Can’t wait for the next episode.
