I just listened to episode 26 and it was amazing! Both Beth and Steph have been huge influencers in my wellness journey. They have really helped me to shift my mindset around health and fitness. This is a perfect mix of Keto science broken down to the basics and a whole lotta wellness info packed into an easy to listen, quick podcast. Beth is super entertaining and you can feel she puts all ego aside and is open and curious- maybe as we all should be.
