Blood sugar rush with a crash

I really like the podcast. I was having issues with hyperinsulemic hypoglycemia .. aka carbs causing blood sugars to exponentially increase, then crash. Hidden around number 40-41 podcast was an amazing write up that saved my sanity. It describes the sugar and eating layout. Pointed me to way to succeed. Listening to shows has helped greatly!

Great show and host

Beth is a great host! I recently discovered this podcast at a sort of unpleasant period of my life and the uplifting tone of this show and overall positivity is just what I need right now. I have some serious fitness goals for myself at the moment, not only for mental health reasons, but also because I have two chronic injuries, and I’m loving these episodes. Thanks so much!
