Love it!

Truly enjoy all the information shared in this podcast. The content is ethical, rooted in science and invites listeners to think for themselves. I get excited that these conversations surrounding the mind-body connection are being had and feel hopeful about the future of health and wellness.

Relatable, informative, fun

I truly enjoy and get so much from each one of Beth’s episodes. Her knowledge on nutrition is so expansive and the way she delivers her message is clear, understandable and even fun. I look forward to them week after week. Extremely relatable. You can tell she puts a lot of time and energy into each episode! I especially love her humor through out and how she ends speaking with her guests with a fun game of would you rather. Keep it up Beth!

Nutrition sanity!

I love Beth’s perspective SO SO much! She shares incredibly diet fundamentals but more importantly she shares so much about how wellness goes far beyond diet. I wish I had even more time to listen to her episodes but I fit them in where I can!
