Best bipolar podcast
Love everything about this podcast. 1) Talks about real issues of the illness while staying overall positive 2) CONSISTENT episodes. How many podcasts have you found on bipolar that were started during the hosts manic episode and then they disappear after a few weeks. 3) Host (Mike) is actually bi-polar! So he really gets it. Real struggles, real triumphs and really shares the real stuff and what has worked and not worked for him. 4) Can’t say enough about the Facebook “Tribe” such a great outlet to vent, share success and know that you are not alone in your illness.
My favorite Bipolar Podcast
I feel like every time I listen that I’m just talking to an old friend and I love how relatable Mike is but also how positive his SOLUTIONS are. Thank you!
