Best Empathic Podcast I listen to

I do appreciate Mike’s commitment to this community. I feels really good to listen to someone who knows what they’re talking about because they feel the suffering too. Mike finds the words to effectively communicate the feelings he is experiencing along with many others. I feel like he shares his bipolar experiences that really hits home with his audience.

Thanks Mike! Nice work. Keep up. Don’t stop.

A helpful glimpse inside

My son is 14 and bipolar type 1. Your podcast is giving me a really great view into what might be going on inside his head . As a single mom, it’s definitely a battle. Thank you so much! I totally get how difficult it is to navigate through. We struggle everyday. Your voice is also very soothing as well! Keep it up sir!

Bipolar

I just got diagnosed with bipolar depression and I’m 33. I have had this my whole life and the choices and the way my life was going was just terrible. I have wanted to get help over the years but didn’t know where to turn. This podcast is amazing and is helping me understand a lot of how to cope with this disorder. I’m still working on myself and taking it day by day. Medication has changed my life and I hope anyone second guessing themselves will get help because life can be so amazing. Thanks for your podcast and keep up the great work.
