    We talk about:
    • The neuroscience and circumstantial influences of behavior change
    • The importance of meeting people where they are and adjusting behavior change strategies accordingly
    • How to strategize self-improvement without it feeling cold, rigid, unnatural, and, ultimately, ineffective

Lois Windes ,

Dr.

I have followed the Sherzais for years and this new podcast does not disappoint like every other project they take on! I listened to the football episode and despite the fact that I am not a big football fan, the material was captivating and extremely informative; I appreciated the technical well researched material as well as the stories and narratives. Not only that but I found the content pertinent and useful as there are several members of my family that are big sports fans including football; I can now relate to and understand their engagement and enthusiasm for the sport! THANK YOU, Sherzais, for starting this podcast, Your Brain On…; I have subscribed, turned on the notifications and will look forward to each new episode!

Very informative!

The Sherzai’s are not only a wealth of knowledge, but experts at passing on that information in a language we can all understand. I’m so thankful for all the research they’ve done and then packaging it up in these podcasts that will help us learn more about our bodies and the things that affect them.
If you enjoy their podcasts, you should look into their books and the NEURO Academy as well!!!

So so helpful

Like everything Dean and Ayesha put out, these podcasts are so informative. What I love is that there is no “junk science,” everything is backed up with REAL research studies. If they don’t know, or the research isn’t there yet, they say it. What a wonderful source of information I can trust. Listen up!
