Demystifying “fat” loss

Claire cuts through the hype , the various distractions and “ miracle “ solutions that we are bombarded with daily . She brings us to a place of calm with the assurance that “fat loss” is not rocket science . “What did he/ she do to loose it ? “ , a commonly asked question that comes to mind , when you see someone that have transformed their appearance. This podcast empowers us with the knowledge that “ fat loss” need not be as complicated as we make it . It is totally within our power to control in a healthy way our appearance, our energy levels and be in the drivers seat . We can enjoy food and life by going the “sensible & sustainable “ way about it . Informative , empowering podcast that speaks in layman’s language that cuts through the “overwhelm” that bombards us daily .
