    In this episode I interview Kyle Bruce. Kyle is currently the highest ranked Australian athlete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Last year he was fortunate enough to earn a ticket to the 2022 Commonwealth Games, where he placed 2nd overall, taking home a silver medal. Kyle also runs and owns his very own weightlifting gym in Sydney, Uplift gym. In this conversation, Kyle and I discuss his journey of competing at the top level of the sport. What his upbringing was like, how he got into weightlifting and the success he has had on the biggest stage in the world. But, we also dive into the struggles he's faced and the challenges he's had to overcome along the way. Kyle's story is simply inspiring!
