My favorite podcast!

I love the eight pillars podcast! Kate discusses things that make me reflect on my life. She introduces me to new perspectives and mindsets. She is well educated on the topics she discusses and summarizes entire books or concepts into easy to digest episodes that I love to listen to while driving or working out. She provides real world applications and examples to everything she discusses.
