I have learned so many different ways to approach my perfectionist athlete , who is very hard on herself when she makes a mistake !

love but...

i love this podcast great info but I sometimes feel like she's talking to a second grader, so much more of the information can be said, simply, and much less time. a busy Mom a busy sports mom I don't have time for all the excitement like there's a presentation to a puppy. I only say this because I do love these podcasts and they have a lot of great information but a lot of times I don't get through them because of stuff that's not being said
