Tangible tips and advice

I love that Sarah goes beyond the surface and aims to help others heal not only body, but mind and soul. Her episodes provide an informed and refreshing viewpoint because she combines spiritual and evidence based research and experience- in an easy to understand way. Highly recommend this podcast for anyone struggling to improve their eating habits and their life.
