The Fall Reset Guideline | Get Ahead of the New Year's Curve In Her Own World

In this episode I talk about why I think it's important to get ahead of your typical New Year's resolutions right now, how to get clear on those goals through specific journal journal prompts, and the importance of defining the actionable steps to get to your dream life. Journal Prompts:

1) List 3 Goals that are typically on your New Years resolutions list- pick one of these to focus on for the next 4 months

2) Define the habits you want to start, stop, and continue

3) Creative Visualization through scripting- write out the morning routine of your ideal self using the present tense. Get specific- what is your salary? What is your job title? Do you have a significant other? What does your living space look like?

4) Daily prompt guideline- What went well today? What didn't? How can I make tomorrow better?
