Awesome & to the point

Aaron is so helpful & really breaks down the Keto lifestyle with lots of tips. I learn something every time I listen & his personality is so helpful & I love that he gets straight to the point.

Great cast for endurance athletes on keto!

There are some fantastic keto podcasts but this is now my favorite. Aaron is a great host that’s very positive and warm.

I started keto mainly for endurance maintenance and help with recovery from running. Aaron is one of the few casters focused on endurance sports so if that’s what you’re interested I would definitely recommend subscribing and listening!

Awesome show!

I really like this podcast in particular the episodes about marathon and ultra training. I have been trying to get to keto diet for about eight weeks now but essentially just hitting a low carb high-fat diet to try to get fat adapted for running. I would like more information about the logistics of the diet with respect to my training and I’m looking for the show notes but I can’t find them any help?
