Great, quality chats!

Loved how someone said "you don't lose, you learn" in the first episode. This is applicable to everything in life. I've already used it when talking to my kids. In sports, in fitness, in weight loss, it's not a loss, it's an opportunity for growth. I also loved setting the intention for the day. First thing when you wake up you set your intention. Loved listening in!
