I am making games now I’m working on my first game. I have an idea for your podcast, you should talk about some real games like other peoples. Yes yes I know it’s a big change and it’s totally fine if you don’t but that would be really cool and you should talk about MY game that I plan on posting in MAYBE 2 years (2026)it’s a 3d open world game with multiplayer and online gameplay the map is based on San Andreas and the game is called “Cruz”

Whoa. This takes gaming to whole new level for me. My only prior experience is watching my boys play. I really enjoyed listening and even passed it along to a friend who’s developing his own game. So easy to listen to these two!

I really enjoyed the format of this show, and it reminded me of TRBM podcast in the storytelling episodes. You have a set of randomly assigned guideposts to design a game, which function as the guardrails of a story that comes together. Just as I think this show would be perfect for anyone who wants to create games, I think it’s a great show for writers to listen to to exercise and hone their storytelling muscles. I’ll be listening to this show on my rotation well into the future.

My husband is a huge gamer and while I’m not, I do have an analytical mind and always want to know how things work. Listening to this podcast gave me a new appreciation for it all!

I love how this show imagines hypothetical games in a way that gives you a history and discussion of the games and consoles that inspire the creation of their hypothetical game.The only disappointment is when they describe something fun like Henchmen on Mars and finding out it didn’t exist.
