Talk about MONEY/COMPENSATION and

how pathetically our salaries have stagnated for TWO DECADES. I was surprised that this (money) wasn’t talked about in the “mental health” episode. It’s the number one thing we talk about among each other ‘on the front lines’ and how insulting it is. Do you know I have been an RN for 41 years and I can’t get a full time job paying more than 42$/hr for bedside nursing in any ER. I was making that much in 2006. TALK ABOUT THE MONEY. The unbelievable expectation that you want us degreed but you don’t want to pay us like educated professionals. It’s infuriating. The only way I can get the money I deserve is by traveling and I relinquish time with my loved ones in my own home🥺 … how do you think that affects my mental health😢??? Talk about the REAL experiences. Not this fluff 🙄
