Tracy,
I just finished your book and I believe it will transform my life in more ways than one. I’ve struggled with another part of my personal life and I believe the 80/20 rule will put my mind at rest. Thank for this peace that overcame me as I read the final pages and began to meditate on it. Meditation has been a goal of mine, but I think I finally understand the importance of mindfulness.
