Just finished listening to the 3 Powerful Questions episode and found it insightful and thought provoking. Love Catherine’s approach to having a healthier life as a woman! She helps us to fuse our faith in Jesus with our health. I decided to spend money on her meal planning kit and it was a LIFE CHANGER!
