It's also something that keeps us from fully experiencing our lives. If you're overindulging in certain behaviors, it's not because there's something wrong with you. It's because you are human. It's also because you are bombarded with messages that tell you how to be happier by purchasing this, eating that, or doing more of this. Traci’s positivity and enthusiasm is 100% and it is infectious. Her teaching style works well for me and I listen and take something new away every episode.
If you need to hear a coach who builds you up while being realistic about the day to day grind we all have, she’s awesome!
