This is my go-to, never-miss podcast. I have one. This is it. Because I LOVE Jen's mission to help me weave healthy moving into my day but that she also connects how that healthy moving helps me mentally. I love that this show includes simple, realistic advice. We don't have to ditch modern life entirely and live in an earthen hut (ya know, unless you're into that kind of thing). It's totally practical guidance to help you move gently and at your own pace towards a healthier you. No guilt. No stress. Pure awesome. THANK YOU JEN!

Healthy moving starts with you

Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. However, I never really considered the possibility of incorporating doable movements into my everyday routine so as to take out the "need" to get to the gym until I listened to Jen Hoffman. Her take on creating a healthy lifestyle is refreshing and her Healthy Moving Podcast will always leave you feeling ready to take on the day.
