    38. Hospitality Myth #3: You Have To Be An Amazing Cook

Cooking and hospitality appear to go together like peanut butter and jelly.  You can’t have one without the other, right?  Wrong!
Maybe this line of thinking has kept you from engaging in hospitality, or maybe it has given you a false perspective of what the pursuit of hospitality actually involves.
Today, I am going to take our assumption that cooking and hospitality go hand in hand and show you that even if you never want to step foot in your kitchen, you can still engage in hospitality.

Warm, friendly, informative!

I’ve recently stumbled across this glorious podcast and it’s everything you didn’t know you needed if you are aspiring to be a better host or cook. Additionally, it’s even better for the seasoned veteran to reaffirm what they know or to learn new things/tips. Her reviews of Ina’s 11 cookbooks are *amazing* and I find myself trying to remember everything she recommends! Plus her voice is so calming and “nice” even when she’s being firm with us about hospitality do’s and don’t’s.
