Not motivating

Not about IF at all... felt like I was at a head doctor🙄

Turn off your phone!!!

I never listened to a podcast when the podcaster left their phone on during the podcast and literally stops mid sentence to look at her text constantly!

Donna has found her A game!

Production quality, background sound, focus and organization have all improved dramatically and the podcast has become a real pleasure to listen to. Donna gives sound and well researched material in a nicely organized podcast. The background text notifications and phone sounds are gone, as are most of the tangents. And an occasional tangent is fine!

Well done Donna! I am happy to revise my earlier review to a hearty 5 stars. 😎
