Not motivating

Not about IF at all... felt like I was at a head doctor🙄

Keep going?

Have you ever been out with a friend and you’re trying to have a conversation and their phone keeps vibrating on the table? They keep trying to talk to you about whatever you’re discussing, but they’re distracted, maybe they look away, now you’re distracted? That’s kind of what this podcast feels like listening to. I’ve read through the reviews, and apparently it gets a lot better. But honestly I think it’s very detrimental to your podcast if the first few are this awful.

Turn off your phone!!!

I never listened to a podcast when the podcaster left their phone on during the podcast and literally stops mid sentence to look at her text constantly!
