    You know you have a really big problem with sugar when you can't control yourself once you start eating it. You know what I mean?



    By the way I can completely relate because I have a problem with sugar too, but my problem with sugar has never led me to do what I'll tell you about in the true story I'll share in episode #562 of The JoLynn Braley Show. Maybe you've never done what I'll share with you before either but then again, what if you're not aware?



    Today's episode is a story related to episode #558 of The JoLynn Braley Show which you can listen to here.



    Both episodes are about the same woman who shall remain nameless. This is not a client of mine nor have I talked to her about weight loss, sugar addiction, or anything of the sort.



    These stories are being told to me by a third party and even if they weren't true (but they are), they would still be excellent illustrations of the myriad of mindset and emotional connections involved with the complex topic of eating behaviors.



    This is such a complex problem that the mainstream diet industry cannot solve it for you, but coaching with the right coach can. After all, how does a food diet unravel the mental and emotional ties you have to connected to food over a lifetime?







    How many years of your lifetime have you been struggling with unhealthy eating?



    Don't feel bad that no food diet has fixed these issues for you and rest assured, you're not alone. There's a reason that millions have tried at least 10 diets in their lifetime but still they can't get control of their eating. This is because you need to address the root of the problem to truly heal your eating so that you can then lose weight for good.
