Two childhood friends who are like chalk and cheese and beans on toast at the same time. Are bound together on a journey of self improvement on mindset,business and health.

They will be sharing what they learn and there thoughts. Interviewing people of interest for knowledge and inspiration and setting themselves challenges on their way to becoming a better version of themselves.



Just two guys, with different backgrounds and different goals, looking for the same result. Both don't know how to achieve it but one thing they do know, to improve your life you need to improve your self first.
