I finally GET IT!

I have been wanting to start working on losing weight for the last couple years. I have learned about planning and protocols etc., BUT I finally get it listening to the way Cris explains it! I lost 2.4 lbs my first week of just stopping when I had enough and only when actually hungry so thank you, Cris!!! Amazing podcast, highly recommend.

Great pod cast from a medical expert!

I have only listened to two episodes of this pod cast and I am craving for more! I love the practical advice that Cris gives and the way she simplifies the medical side of eating and weight loss is a way that resonates. Cris is passionate about helping others and her medical background in one of the most competitive specialties (dermatology) inspires confidence. Great pod cast!
