I have greatly enjoyed every episode that Mandy has produced so far. So appreciated the first episode, full of practical ways to set boundaries including changes I could make right away that are helping with boundaries like with focus time on my phone and what times of day I respond to clients. Appreciated the hosts’ empathy and humor! Excited for next episode!
