In the continuation of that discussion, we are going to talk about small Edits we can make to our daily lives to help mitigate stress and self-sabotaging to our mind, body, and soul.

#78: Signs Your Emotions are Dropping Hints and How to Respond
Hey there! Being a woman is quite the adventure, isn't it? Everything seems to fall on a spectrum, especially emotions – swinging from caring too much to not caring at all. Today, let's explore the repercussions of not being honest and vulnerable about how we truly feel.
I'll be honest; I used to roll my eyes at the idea of women wanting more vulnerability in their lives. Looking back, I get it now. It wasn't judgment; it was my own insecurities kicking in. Vulnerability felt like exposing myself in uncomfortable ways. So, in this episode we are going to dive deep into vulnerability and having the courage to show up as your real, imperfect self.

SO Encouraging
Tabatha loves people! Her podcast is so encouraging to me every week. Full of helpful tips to make small impactful edits to my life
Definitely worth the subscribe!
Tabatha’s podcasts have been so helpful in my life. She has a clear and easy way of putting things… and yet is also very deep and able to get to the heart of things right away. I love how her podcasts aren’t super long but just enough for me to listen and reflect on before listening to another. This episode on rest is for every weary soul out there. I had never heard of the different types of rest before and that makes so much sense to me and why so may have been attempting the wrong kind of rest in the past.
It’s like good advice from a good friend
Tabatha is good at conveying ideas in a way that makes you actually want to take action. The shows are well thought out so you can remember what she said and feel like “I can do that!” It’s not preachy or full of toxic positivity or leaving you with an after taste of guilt or shame or “I guess I’ll pull up my bootstraps and power through this”. Instead she does a great job at helping you be curious and consider and the heart and head change that precedes changing our actions. She is very relatable and fun to listen to! Definitely one of my top podcasts!
