Worth listening to

I like Nicola's approach to overcoming anxiety, and how our minds create our anxiety, and I like hearing her metaphors, they have been very helpful to me. I highly recommend listening to tjese podcasts if you are struggling with anxiety. They really do give you a little peace of mind!
