Seeing The Matrix
In this episode of The Living Artist, Preston talks about the importance of having pattern recognition in our lives and art careers. It might seem to be a simple skill, but when honed, it can turn into a superpower. Preston talks about pattern recognition in terms of using it as a framework to spot consistencies and inconsistencies in our lives and work. We can then fine-tune these to either stop a bad habit, or double down on a practice that is serving us well. Enjoy the episode!

You're Such A Rando
Don't be a "rando" and just listen to this episode of The Living Artist podcast. In this episode of randomness, Preston shares three things that he is pondering at the moment. These topics range from "future setting" to creating a new mindset (and you) through breaking the pattern of thought repetition. It's wacky. It's random. It's a must listen? You be the judge... The Force Is Strong With You
In this episode of The Living Artist, Preston revisits the topic of fear. Sure, it might partially be due to the upcoming Halloween holiday, but also because fear is such a primary and debilitating factor that can limit our personal and artistic growth. Learn how fear "sneaks in through the back door" to influence us to fall into a state of avoidance. Instead of challenging our fears, we become complacent and fall into a pattern of repeating "safe" activities. Listen in and become a witness to uncovering and observing your own personal fears, so that you can push through to the other side. Enjoy!
