Give me more!

How refreshing to hear real women discussing real challenges that we face every day, all with a sense of humor. I’m walking away from each episode with ideas on how to handle what life throws at me and feeling inspired that others are doing the same. Can’t wait for the next episode!

A GEM!

This is such a fun listen! The mix of Jenny’s soothing voice and Sarah’s comedic comments is everything I need. With such a relevant and important topic these women keep it relatable and light. Definitely worth a listen for anyone who has ever had or known someone with mental health issues. (That’s about all of us). If nothing else… listen for the perfect intro song!
