Powerful AND refreshing!

As a mental health therapist and behavioral support specialist, I have to share that Sarah is an intentional and innovative voice in a world which has focused much too much on areas which have NOT served our psyches well.
Sarah offers an engaging style with the believable empathy that seems difficult to find today. Her understanding of the myriad ways in which we all tend to drift towards self-doubt and self-deprecation are a strong indication of the ongoing and consistent manner of support and teaching she offers to any who are willing to listen.
I greatly appreciated podcast number 54 for it’s extremely powerful teaching on developing a mindset of learning to be with our emotions, and understanding how those emotions affect our self-image. A highly important step in gaining power over our own bodies and how best to serve ourselves in growth, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I believe Sarah is a wondrous new voice, and incredible teacher and guide, for those wanting to learn more about truly caring for the self. You won’t be disappointed!
