Real learning!

I have learned so much from this podcast! Real information that I can actually apply in my everyday life. It is so good I listened to all the prior episodes in just a couple of days.

Thank you!

Dr. Andrea Rosario’s “The Mother Nurture Podcast” is a wonderful source of information, where she supports us in taking care of ourselves and those we care about.
I love all of her topics! One of my favorites is “Fall Rhythms” where she talks about our well-being and the seasons.
I tend to live a “go-go-go” life-living in a state of “fight or flight” mode. Through her personal story, her knowledge and her wisdom, she really inspired me to learn to live more fully in each season with a deeper understanding of what that means.
Thank you Dr. Rosario for taking the time and care to create these podcasts!
