    Your brain’s signaling system is know as the HPA Axis. “H” stands for Hypothalamus, “P” stands for Pituitary and “A” stands for Adrenal. Dr. Andrea Rosario’s “The Mother Nurture Podcast” is a wonderful source of information, where she supports us in taking care of ourselves and those we care about.
I love all of her topics! One of my favorites is “Fall Rhythms” where she talks about our well-being and the seasons.
I tend to live a “go-go-go” life-living in a state of “fight or flight” mode. Through her personal story, her knowledge and her wisdom, she really inspired me to learn to live more fully in each season with a deeper understanding of what that means.
