Every Modern Family Needs This Podcast! Informative, Relatable, Practical.

I started one episode on a road trip and ended up binging a handful of them because I’m always hungry to learn more about leading my family toward a healthy, natural lifestyle. Dr. Isaac and Erica Jones are educated in, knowledge about, and infectiously passionate about the health and wellness industry. They provide a wealth of well-researched information on various topics yet balance it with storytelling and their first-hand experiences, making it relatable and practical for the modern family. I always leave their episodes feeling energized and ready to tackle these topics, rather than overwhelmed like many other podcasts I’ve listened to. This is one of my new favorite podcasts!
