Without a doubt, Michael's podcast provides relevant, practical advice in an incredibly entertaining way. I think his secret is that he leads his guests with thought-provoking questions and brings his authentic self to every podcast. Also, his vast experience in helping people advance their careers, along with his stories, creates great perspective.
