Today I wanted to bring us back to more of the physical side of Genuine Gainz with some talk about yoga! As something that has been such a large part of my life for so many years, I figured it was about time that I dedicate an episode to the topic - but with a focus on what benefits you might be able to find from the practice if you decide to partake. :)



Overall, it's just for fun - don't put pressure on yourself to be a "yogi" or follow any particular schedule, intensity, etc. Just take it for what it is & the benefits it provides whenever you want!
