The "Pillars of Health" podcast covers the areas in which we can help ourselves the most. Improved management of sleep, stress, nutrition and exercise can go a long way to creating better habits in those key areas. Having energy, not feeling constantly fatigued, enjoying how you look and feel as well as getting sufficient sleep are all factors that contribute to helping us achieve our goals in the gym and lead a better life outside of it. In order to gain an understanding of how each pillar deeply impacts our daily life, the host, Jon Carroll will explore all areas of the four pillars of health. Jon is a strength coach who previously worked at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning before concentrating on helping working professionals in the private gym setting.
