Needed this is the new year!

We just celebrated the new year 2024 and ended last year with a much needed break with family ready to plan more goals and work towards them in the new year. Then nye came and got struck with the flu. Needless to say I did not start the new year as aggressively as I would of liked, but in the mend and just went for a walk to get some air, movement and energy and listened to a couple of episodes and loved them, especially the first one of the year that got me back feeling excited about putting in the work but also taking Kim’s advise to allow myself to rest and not get burnt out and sick… so refreshing and her insights are super helpful and encouraging!
