You’re Using AI. So Why Hasn’t Your Business Changed?

I’m seeing a major gap in how entrepreneurs are using AI: they’re learning it, but they’re not actually installing it into their business. In this episode, I break down the 3 levels of AI adoption, why adding more tools isn’t always the answer, and how to identify where AI can create real leverage—not just more activity. I’m also sharing what I learned from bringing top-producing real estate agents and entrepreneurs together for our AI workshop and why the future isn’t about replacing people—it’s about giving you more room to focus on the work that only you can do. Things I Cover: The 3 levels of AI adoptionWhy you should diagnose before you automateWhere AI can create real business leverageWhat work should stay humanMy Play Bigger Move for implementing AIReady to stop using AI as just another tool and start building a smarter business with it? You’re Not Behind on AI. But You Are Probably Using It Wrong

You Might Not Have an AI Problem—You Might Have an Operating System Problem I’ve spent a lot of time teaching AI this week, and I noticed something that completely changed the way I think about AI in business. Almost everyone is using AI—but very few entrepreneurs are actually building with it. If you’re using ChatGPT or Claude to write emails, brainstorm content, research ideas, or help with a random task, you’re not doing anything wrong. I do those things too. But there’s a much bigger opportunity hiding beyond the one-off prompts. In this episode, I’m breaking down the four levels of using AI in your business: from simply chatting with AI, to giving it context, building repeatable systems, and ultimately integrating AI into the way your business actually operates. And if you’ve been feeling like you’re “behind” on AI, I want you to hear this: you probably aren’t behind. You may just be using AI at the wrong level. Things I Cover: Why most entrepreneurs don’t actually have an AI problem—they have an operating system problemThe 4 levels of AI in business: Chat → Context → Systems → IntegrationWhy giving AI better context can be more powerful than searching for the “perfect prompt”How to turn AI from a tool you occasionally use into a role within your businessThe difference between using AI for a single task and building a repeatable AI systemHow AI can support your calendar, inbox, CRM, meetings, content, team, and client follow-upWhy chasing every new AI tool could actually be slowing you downThe one question I want you to ask before hiring another person or adding another toolHow to identify ONE repetitive process in your business that AI could help you build once and use repeatedlyWhy the biggest AI advantage may not belong to the entrepreneur who knows the most tools—but to the one who knows where AI belongsYour Challenge Pick one thing you do over and over again in your business. Instead of asking, “How can AI help me do this today?” Ask: “How can I build this once so AI helps me do it every time?” That shift—from using AI to building with AI—could completely change the way you operate. If this episode gave you a new perspective on how you’re using AI, share it with another entrepreneur who needs to hear this. What If It's Better?

What if the opportunity you keep talking yourself out of isn’t actually misaligned—but simply unfamiliar? In this episode, I’m challenging one of the biggest traps I see in successful entrepreneurs and real estate agents: confusing discomfort with discernment. Sometimes we tell ourselves we’re protecting our time, staying focused, or waiting for the “right” opportunity when, underneath it all, we’re simply afraid to step into something we’ve never done before. I share a recent opportunity that stretched me outside my comfort zone and forced me to become a beginner again. It reminded me that growth doesn’t always come with a guaranteed ROI, a clear path, or certainty. Sometimes the return is a new skill, relationship, perspective, confidence—or simply the clarity to know what’s not for you. Most importantly, I want you to start asking a different question. Instead of “What if this doesn’t work?” ask yourself: “What if it’s better?” Because your next level may require a version of you that doesn’t exist yet. Things I Cover: How to tell the difference between misalignment and discomfortWhy success can make fear sound more logical and sophisticatedWhy your next level may require you to become a beginner againWhy you don’t need to know the payoff before you say yesThe different forms of ROI beyond moneyHow to stop prejudging opportunities before gathering evidenceFour questions to ask when you’re tempted to say noThree common entrepreneur mistakes that keep you playing smallerHow to give possibility the same attention you give fearMy Play Bigger Challenge for the week: identifying one opportunity you may be talking yourself out ofYour Play Bigger Challenge Think of one thing you’ve been talking yourself out of. Write down every reason you’ve been saying no, then ask yourself: Fear or fact? Evidence or assumption? Misalignment or discomfort? What’s the smallest step I can take to find out? Maybe you don’t need to say yes yet. Maybe you simply need to stop saying no before you have all the information. --- 🔗 Links & Resources Ready to Scale with Clarity and Community? The Calendar Mistake That's Costing You Growth

Stop Letting Your Calendar Run Your Life | Design Your Week Like a CEO I used to think that being busy meant I was making progress. My days were packed with meetings, emails, phone calls, and endless to-do lists. I was constantly moving—but I wasn't actually building the business or life I wanted. Everything changed when I stopped asking, "What do I need to get done today?" and started asking, "What would the CEO of the business I'm building prioritize this week?" In this episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest mindset shifts that transformed how I lead my business. Your calendar isn't just where you schedule appointments—it's a reflection of your priorities, your leadership, and ultimately, your future. If you've ever felt overwhelmed, constantly reactive, or like there's never enough time, this conversation will help you stop chasing productivity and start designing your week with intention. Things I Cover: Why being busy doesn't always mean you're making progressThe hidden reason your calendar reveals your true prioritiesThe difference between reacting to your schedule and leading itThe five questions I ask every week to stay focused on growthHow to schedule revenue-generating activities firstWhy CEO Time is one of the most valuable appointments you'll ever makeThe importance of protecting your health, family, and personal life before filling your calendarThe biggest calendar mistakes entrepreneurs make (and how to avoid them)Why eliminating tasks is often more powerful than becoming more productiveA simple weekly habit that will completely change how you plan your business and your lifeYour future isn't created by your to-do list—it's built one calendar block at a time. If you want more freedom, more growth, and more impact, it starts with intentionally designing your week instead of letting it design you. --- 🔗 Links & Resources Ready to Scale with Clarity and Community? The Future Belongs to AI-Powered Entrepreneurs

Everyone is talking about AI—but I believe most entrepreneurs are asking the wrong question. In this episode, I share why AI isn't just another productivity tool or a collection of prompts. It's a completely new operating system for business. The entrepreneurs who thrive over the next decade won't necessarily be the ones using the most AI tools—they'll be the ones building smarter systems. I'll walk you through the exact framework I use with entrepreneurs and real estate agents to eliminate chaos, simplify operations, create scalable systems, and strategically implement AI where it actually creates leverage. If you've been experimenting with AI but still feel like you're working harder than you should, this episode might completely change how you think about the future of your business. Things I Cover: Why every major technology shift creates winners and losersThe three types of entrepreneurs in the AI eraWhy prompts aren't enough to build a scalable businessMy 5-step framework: Eliminate, Simplify, Systematize, Automate, and ScaleThe biggest AI mistakes business owners are making todayHow to use AI to remove bottlenecks instead of replacing peopleWhy leadership—not technology—will determine who wins🎯 Call to Action If this episode gave you a new perspective on AI, share it with another entrepreneur or real estate agent who's serious about building the future. The Stories We Tell Ourselves About Success

I used to believe success came after reaching a certain milestone—a bigger income, a dream home, or even a Porsche. But when I finally bought the car that had been on my vision board for years, I realized something surprising: achievement doesn't create identity, identity creates achievement. In this episode, I share the personal story behind that realization and the lessons it taught me about limiting beliefs, investing in yourself, and becoming the person capable of creating the life you want. Why the Best Entrepreneurs Keep Investing in Themselves

Have you ever looked at the price tag of a conference, mastermind, or coach and wondered, "Is it really worth it?" I’ve asked myself that same question every single time I’ve invested in my own growth. In this episode, I’m sharing the biggest mindset shifts I took away from attending the Forward Conference—and why I believe the greatest return on investment isn’t the information you receive, but the person you become. From watching successful entrepreneurs think in real time to hearing honest insights from leaders who are still figuring things out, I was reminded that confidence isn’t built through certainty—it’s built through action. If you've been waiting until you feel "ready" to make your next big move, this conversation might be exactly the perspective shift you need. Things I Cover: Why the best entrepreneurs never stop investing in themselvesThe real ROI of conferences, masterminds, and coachingHow confidence is built through action—not having all the answersWhy the right room can change your business faster than another courseThe hidden power of proximity and surrounding yourself with high-level thinkersHow investing in yourself transforms your identity as a leaderThe "Play Bigger Principle" that has shaped my growth for yearsA challenge to help you identify the room you've been avoiding—and why it may be the one you need mostIf this episode encouraged you, share it with another entrepreneur who needs the reminder to bet on themselves. And if you're looking for a community that challenges you to grow, implement, and truly play bigger, I'd love to connect with you. --- 🔗 Links & Resources Ready to Scale with Clarity and Community?
