Advocacy

I really enjoyed this discussion! It made me think about what being an advocate means and how we do it in daily life! Thanks!

Great launching pad for further conversation

I like this podcast because it talks both about day to day aspects of life as a married couple, but also tackles larger societal issues at times. While my husband and I don’t have kids yet, it’s been nice to step out of my friends circle to hear lessons learned from people who are older than us and at later life stages than us - it has helped us figure out what our own values are as a family.

The only major piece of feedback I had was that I think some topics could benefit from either a longer episode or a part 2; sometimes it feels like the episode only skimmed the surface of the topic and there’s so much more that could be discussed. But leaving it open is also a great way to continue the conversation at home in real life :). I only started listening in season 4, but this has been a great pandemic podcast and I look forward to seeing what it becomes as we move on to life post-pandemic!
