In each season of The Shift we have 3 wonderful blocks of content for you to consume. The main series is produced documentary style and features Katherine's narration to help you get key concepts and understand what to do next. The Expert Series is the edited down version of each of our expert interviews, with a summary from Katherine at the end and actions steps you can take. The Patient Series follows the health and healing journeys of 4 patients that have made their shift, so you can see how you can make yours too.
