Today I am joined by Healer, Transformational coach, and Shaman, James Deegan. In today's episode, we talk about trauma, family dynamics, karmic connection, Ancestral healing, and Soul Retrieval and what it all means. We also talk about, what James calls, Demonic energy and what I call, shadow energy, and how the shadow can be released for you to feel light within. We both share stories about our own experiences with energies, Ancestral energies, past lives, the shadow, and the light.
