    I've been a trainer now for over seven years and in the fitness industry for more than decade - I've learned A LOT along the way.

    As a budding PT, I was so excited to get to work with clients and share all the wealth of knowledge and information and transform their lives.

    However, things didn't go as planned in these early years and clients failed to make the progress I expected them.

    This experience taught me something critically important and that is that information and knowledge alone is simply not enough
