    I've been a trainer now for over seven years and in the fitness industry for more than decade - I've learned A LOT along the way.

    As a budding PT, I was so excited to get to work with clients and share all the wealth of knowledge and information and transform their lives.

    However, things didn't go as planned in these early years and clients failed to make the progress I expected them.

    This experience taught me something critically important and that is that information and knowledge alone is simply not enough

    Ben served as Scotland’s Men’s Rugby Wellbeing Coach in January 2021, where he helped to bridge the gap between wellbeing and performance.

    As well as hearing a little about Ben's own personal journey, he also provides some invaluable insight on the mind-body connection, the drive to help others, medication, the importance of the 'soul', wellbeing and performance, and masculinity.
