What is a Nutrition Coach, Really?
At some point in our lives we've all been asked, "So, what do you do?"
Typically the answer is straightforward. I'm a teacher, a nurse, a doctor, a marketer, a stay-at-home mom. However, when the answer is "nutrition coach," it's not always as easy for people to understand!
That's why in today's episode, we're talking about what a nutrition coach is and what a nutrition coach is not.

Join us on this week’s episode to learn how to get back to basics and find what truly feeds you.
From Homeless to Health Coach
In this premiere episode, host Cynthia Garcia details her personal health journey and ITN alum Victoria Kleinsman adds how that story inspired her to become a health coach as well. Both Cynthia and Victoria open up about how unresolved trauma informed their disordered eating, and how they eventually healed themselves through the Transformational Nutrition model. Join us on this week’s episode to learn how becoming a certified coach helped Cynthia and Victoria discover their true meaning in life.
Inspirational Guide To Finding Your True Authentic Self
I was very excited to hear Cynthia launching her Transformational Nutrition Podcast!
Cynthia is very up close and personal on her struggles and how she “Transformed” her personal roadblocks into a positive beacon of light for others to see in her (and how you can shine within your own light)!
With her podcast using the closing line in the movie “Casablanca,” “This looks like the beginning of a beautiful friendship!”
Entertaining and Enlightening
I very rarely leave reviews for podcasts. I expected this to be like other health podcasts but I was surprised by how engaging and personal Cynthia is as a host. She is quick witted and very articulate and she does a great job of educating you by telling stories, which makes it fun to learn about being healthy and aware of how you can improve. I can’t wait for new episodes to drop!
I really appreciate the idea that there’s more that feeds us than just food. I think it’s so easy to fall into the trap of trying the next diet or supplement without evaluating things like stress and relationships. Thanks for adding this to the conversation.
