Cringe female voice actors

The woman voice actors who make up this podcast make me cringe. No matter the actress, each woman has the same inflection in their voice. This has to be intentionally done by the producer of the show. It’s almost like they want the women actors to be timid, and soft-spoken, they talk relatively slow, as if words don’t come to them easily. You hear a lot of their “thinking sounds” which pretty much just ends up sounding like gross mouth noice.. The only way I can describe it is they talk slow and put a lot of emphasis on the “P” sound in every word. It’s weird and honestly creeps me out. As if the producer of the show does this intentionally for some reason. Wish this podcast conveyed women in a more powerful and confident light. Kinda seems like they take the femme fatale a little too far.

Great Podcast

I have been listening to The Truth from the beginning and each episode is captivating. It is like listening to The Twilight Zone. Good acting and great stories
