    Here's an interesting trivia question... What did Albert Einstein, Lady Gaga, Leonardo DiVinci, and Frida Khalo have in common?  
    They all benefited from a daily journaling practice. The truth is, Stephanie and I could fill this episode with a long list of recognizable people who have lived across centuries. These people have implemented journaling into their daily routines.
    We often recommend this powerful tool to our clients. The scientific research to support journaling is extensive and compelling. It is a key strategy for personal development for a variety of reasons.  
    However, we hear from our clients that journaling is intimidating to them. They don't know where to begin, and staring at a blank page is so uncomfortable. Occasionally, we find that clients have let their journaling habit become stale.

    We often overlook our actions as not enough to make a difference. We often fall into a destructive pattern of all-or-nothing thinking that paralyzes us from further action by discounting our efforts.
