Amazing and unanswered question

1. Love this podcast and all it stands for and teaches. It has been a tremendous help.

2. Would you guys be willing to do an episode on how all these feelings interact with healthy versus unhealthy people? These podcast episodes are tremendously insightful into helping me understand and act on my own emotions. The hard part for me to see is how it will change my behavior when I interact with an unhealthy person who doesn’t respond well when I’m vulnerable about my feelings. Should I still be vulnerable even when they mistreat me or devalue what I have to say. All these actions makes sense when dealing with a healthy person who will respect what I share, but would love if y’all would be willing to delineate the difference.
