My light sparked when I was at almost 300 pounds, after surviving 9 years of domestic violence, shifting careers, and mindsets, opening a new business, developing a coaching practice that takes you from F*uck My Life to FitMinded Living and then surviving Cancer... I wanted more than just my body back. I wanted my life! I want to LIVE it well. And share it with you! Walk to more wellbeing with me as each episode brings you a new tool, expert, or mindful opportunity .  This adventure is h.e.r.e. to share how important YOU are in your process and progress.
