Love love love this podcast
I live in the central United States in a rural community. I came across this podcast last week while I was running. The first one I listened to was about age and exercise and how things are different when you get older. So spot on.
My favorite so far is episode 120 about life jacks. The part about cleaning the shower nude had me laughing out loud. Love listening to your accents too! I will continue to be a big fan so keep the episodes coming!!
