A Wonderful Podcast That Spotlights Maternal Mental Health!

Dr. Shari-ann James is a warm, insightful host of The Wellness Pod podcast. A psychologist with over a decade of experience, she has interviewed a variety of guests who are experts in their respective fields. She poses thoughtful questions to her guests that draw upon that expertise. The podcast length is also ideal at approx. thirty minutes— perfect for a workout, commute, or walk. The Wellness Pod is a great find and I know you'll enjoy listening to it too!
