Rewarding

For many years the quote, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” has haunted me. I’ve always been just too lazy to give it much thought.

Thanks to The Wisdom Of … I have been giving attention to an important part of my life. Me, and all of the many layers that me is composed of, good and bad.

I’m almost 70 making me an old dog but this podcast is teaching me some invaluable tricks. It has been a very positive experience.
