This book and podcast provide great information. I’ve worked menial jobs all my life (I am 57). Part of the reason is my wife had a better paying job and loves her work. And to be able to raise our kids without daycare (couldn’t afford it anyway) I worked opposite shifts as my wife. Anyway, I feel like I was never able to enjoy work. I feel almost beat down to the point of feeling as though I have no genius. Sometime I will take the assessment and maybe be amazed.
Not just helpful but fun to listen to!

I love this podcast! It resonates so deeply with me as I have been in leadership roles both in the corporate world and within my church. Not only do these topics intrigue and help me, but it’s easy to listen to throughout my workday. I love their sense of humor and find myself wishing I could be a fly on their wall while they record these conversations!
Great tools for everyone

When I learned these six geniuses I was amazed at the. Information resonated with my spiritual gift learning. I teach this to my graduate students in my leadership course. They resonate with how this helps them better understand themselves and the people they work with. With this podcast there always material to add to the book content which helps me understand others and myself. Keep it going.
Wish more space were given to the others to talk

Love the material, and the podcast covers good ground in going deeper with what’s presented in the book, the assessment, and further research. My one quibble is that either they have too many people on each episode, or there’s not enough room for the other contributors to talk. Mostly it’s Pat, Cody, and Beau talking, often talking a lot. I’d like to see more intentionality in asking Tracy and Matt to talk more, especially since they’re Responders. Sometimes it feels like they’re interrupted, or just not given much space.
