I just keep coming back

These meditations are amazing!!! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and CranioSacral Therapist, and I recommend these to my clients for follow up care all the time! I personally use them as well to help with sleep and stress levels. I’ve tried other yoga nidra podcasts but I just keep coming back to this one.
